The invention relates to the separation of polyethylene terephthalate and polyvinyl chloride in order to obtain particles which can be recycled. The mixture of bodies or of particles obtained by grinding the mixture of the PET and PVC waste is subjected to impact grinding followed by particle-size classification, optionally repeating the operations.
