The invention relates to a fastening device for road crash barriers, which is of circular or annular cross section. This device consists of a metal plate 1 curved into a half-ellipse and pierced with holes 4 allowing passage for bolts 5 for fastening the rails, holes 4 bis allowing fastening of the device to a vertical support, holes 4 ter optionally allowing fastening of stiffeners 10 between each device.
