P This mixed microwave and optical rotary joint has a fixed part (1) and a rotary part (2) in rotation about a DELTA axis relative to the fixed part (1). It comprises at least one pair of microwave guide inlets arranged one (13, 14, 15) in the fixed part (1), the other (23, 24, 25) in the rotating part (2) and coupled between them by a coaxial connection (30, 31, 32) which is integral with the rotating part (2) and placed in a conduit passing through the fixed (1) and rotating (2) parts along the axis of rotation DELTA. The core (30) of the coaxial connection is pierced with a longitudinal channel allowing the passage of an optical fiber (4) integral with the rotating part (2). The end of this optical fiber (4) passes through the fixed part (1) and emerges in a housing (6) where it is coupled through an optical rotation plane at the end of another optical fiber (7 ) secured to the fixed part (1). /P
