The invention relates to a method of manufacturing an aerodynamically profiled blade which contains cooling conduits, for example for a gas turbine engine, consisting in making several parts (10, 11) constituting the blade, the internal surfaces (12, 13) of which are hollowed out into channels, and in passing between them a wire electrode (15) which causes the electrical discharge (spark-erosion) machining of the said surfaces and makes sure they are in exact correspondence, upon joining the said parts together in order to form the blade, the said channels of one internal surface connecting up with the other surface, thus forming the conduits for circulation of the refrigerant fluid.
