According to the invention, the means for rotationally immobilising the diaphragm (50) include at least, on the one hand, a small plate (70, 170) which, separate from the diaphragm (50) whilst being conveniently attached to it, projects axially from the face of the diaphragm (50) pointing opposite the pressure plate (40) and, on the other hand, an interruption (28) in the support (24) carried by the cover (40), the said small plate being fitted owing to the cutout created by the said interruption (28) in the support (24).
