The invention relates to a method for preparing a system for supplying a biologically active growth factor morphogenetic, using chromatography techniques and which comprises the introduction of such a biologically active factor 16 into a chromatography column 10 of appropriate dimensions, provided with a porous support 14 constituted by a solid adsorbent chosen for its specific affinity for such a biologically active factor. In one embodiment of the invention, porous hydroxyapatite is used as support for bone morphogenetic proteins (PMO). The invention also relates to a supply system prepared according to the above process, as well as an apparatus for the preparation of the supply system in question, as well as the use of such a supply system.
