PURPOSE: To enable a prize exchanger automatically stock/pay-out prizes, by a method wherein a prize stocker is arranged as rotary stockers successively arranged on an endless belt such as chain and a stocking elevator and a take- out elevator are installed on the side part of the rotary stocker. CONSTITUTION: A sensor 24 senses the existence of a prize A on a top plate 8 at the upper position to start the driving of a motor 25 for lifting and a screw shaft 6 rotates to lower the top plate 8 in linkage. Subsequently, the prize A is stacked sequentially onto the one A at the highest position at a replenishing port 9. When the top plate 8 reaches the lowest position where the prize A is loaded on a machine surface 2a, the prize is forced inward from a setting port 4 of a single stocker 1' of the rotary stocker 1 standing by being previously positioned on a side part thereof to charge and stock the prize A one after another. In the dispensing of the prize A, pachinko balls B are fed into a number of balls counter part 30 provided on the top of the body 2 of a prize exchanger to perform a specified counting and then, the prize A matching the counts thereof is delivered and automatically dispensed.
