PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting a compound of formula II with a hydrazine derivative of formula R2-NHNH2 or its hydrate or acid addition salt and cyclizing the resultant compound of formula III. The compound of formula II used as a starting raw material is a novel substance which can be derived from a compound of formula IV.
