PURPOSE:To improve acoustic discrimination accuracy by covering the part from the front side of a vibrator to the outer peripheral surface of the pressure- resisting shell of the head part of an underwater sailing body with an acoustic rubber layer, and extending it to behind the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The pressure-resisting shell 5 is formed of a high damping material, the part from the front side of the vibrator 3 to the outer peripheral surface of the pressure-resisting shell 5 of the underwater sailing body head part 1 is covered with the acoustic rubber layer 4, and the shell is extended along the outer peripheral surface to behind the vibrator 3 while reducing the thickness. Therefore, the distance from the step part 6 at the border part between the acoustic rubber layer 4 and pressure-resisting shell 5 to the vibrator 3 increases and the transmission of noises generated at the border part to the vibrator 3 is suppressed, so the accuracy of acoustic discrimination is improved.
