PURPOSE:To perform river bank wall covering work in a short time by a method in which a hook lever having a coupling edge to joint with an angled fitting metal extending sideways and fixed to concrete revetment is fixed to the upper edge of a banded groove formed on the back of a concrete slab. CONSTITUTION:An upper metal such as hole-in anchor 17 is inserted into anchor holes 16 in an existing concrete revetment 30 and fixed with an adhesive 18. An anchor hole in the vertical lever 11 of a fitting metal 10 is fixedly clamped through the anchor 17. A decorative slab 1 is hung down from the river bank and coupled by coupling the coupler edge 7 of the hook lever 6 on the upper edge of a banded groove 5 of the back of the concrete slab 2 in the precast concrete slab 1.
