FOUNDATION FRAME, ITS MANUFACTURE, AND METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING SETTLEMENT OF FOUNDATION FRAME

PURPOSE: To rapidly and precisely measure the settlement of a foundation frame for loading a heavy equipment such as a turbine. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of upper opened type liquid vessels 31 are embedded in the foundation frame upper surface part of a foundation frame 30 for setting a heavy weight, and the bottom part of each upper opened type liquid vessel 31 is connected through a connecting pipe 32 in the foundation frame 30 inner part, the connecting pipe 32 is embedded while being inclined from one side of the foundation frame 30 to the other side, and a stand 33 is fixed to each upper opened type liquid vessel 31 inner part. When settlement is measured, a valve 38 is opened, water is supplied from the lower side of the connecting pipe 32 and charged in each liquid vessel 31, and the water level is measured in each liquid vessel 31 by use of a depth micrometer 42 and a tester 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
