PURPOSE:To obtain a control performance adapted to the time change of a control object improving the control performance and speeding up a learning, by automatically adjusting the parameter of a membership function in a controller for which a fuzzy inference is applied by the learning for which educator data are used. CONSTITUTION:The parameter of a membership function as a fuzzy rule and an initial value is set to a fuzzy object model 802 and a fuzzy control model 803. A manipulated variable (u) is generated and inputted to a control object 801. In such a state, learning processing is performed so that the output (v) of the control object 801 and the output (v') of the fuzzy object model 802 are coincident with each other and the parameter of the fuzzy object model 802 is adjusted. Then, a target Yt is generated and inputted to a fuzzy control model 803. In such a state, the learning is performed so that the Yt and v' are coincident with each other and the parameter of the model 803 is adjusted. Finally, the model 803 and the control object 801 are connected in series and the target Yt is inputted. The control following up the target Yt is executed by the model 803.
