PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the performance concerning error processing by recovering error in accordance with contents of a mask flag at the time of the occurrence of error in a subroutine. CONSTITUTION:A call source module 14-1 sets a mask flag 17-1 in accordance with contents of a processing request to directly designate return to a main program 11 at the time of the occurrence of error. Therefore, error check or the like only for error recovery is omitted in an intermediate call source module 13-1 and is performed only in the main program 11. Consequently, most of error check and the processing coping with error is performed in common by the main program 11 to reduce the number of static programs and the number of dynamic steps for the occurrence of abnormality.
