PURPOSE:To shorten replacement time by retreating a plunger fitted in a pot of a transfer molding machine more downward than a bottom force chase lower surface and replacing a die chase. CONSTITUTION:When a bottom force chase 20b is replaced, an isotactic cylinder 29 is moved further from the lowered position of a plunger 24 at the time of sealing resin, and lowered to the replacement position where a plunger head 24a of a plunger 24 is supported by a plunger holder 34 of a mold base 18b. Then, a positioning block is removed and a chase guide block fixed to the bottom force chase 20b to the mold base 18b is pulled out as a guide to replace the bottom force chase 20b.
