PURPOSE: To relieve the stress to fishes and clean the water by adjusting the water level of a water tank correspondingly to sea level raising and felling as the tide rises and falls. ;CONSTITUTION: A cylinder for outflowing water 4 is inserted into the inside of an outer cylinder 3 having the top part provided in a water tank 2 and the outflowing cylinder is fixed to the top end of the vertically removable pipe 5. The motor 17 is started by the controller 16 with the passage of time, thereby reel 11 is rotated to allow the hanging rope 9 to move in the directions of arrows 29 and 30.
