PURPOSE: To enjoy the time of bathing for many hours without feeling of tedium by providing a thin type liquid crystal television receiver in the inside of a peripheral side wall surface part of the perspiration room structural body in the perspiration room structural body provided with an electric heating type heating element and an extreme infrared ray radiator in a suitable part of the floor part and other part, respectively. ;CONSTITUTION: In an appropriate part which becomes a heating source, an electric heating type heating element is provided, and also, at least on a surface part of the side faced toward the upper part of the floor, an extreme infrared ray radiator is provided. Also, by constituting the upper part of the floor of a perspiration room suitable for a perspiring function, a perspiration room structural body, that is, a personal low temperature sauna room is constituted. In such a low temperature sauna room, in the inside of a ceiling 5 and a peripheral side wall surface part 4, a plane member consisting of a heat reflective material is stuck and provided, a heat insulating material is provided on its outside, and also, on its outside, that which has an excellent external appearance such as wood consisting of a hard and dense material is provided.
