PURPOSE: To prevent the meandering of a plate material by making the length of the lowering part equal to that of the supporting part between the pinch rolls on the inlet and outlet sides of the plate material when it is fed. ;CONSTITUTION: When a plate material 10 is fed, the plate material 10 is pressedly lowered by pinch rolls 21, 22, 31, and 32 on the inlet and outlet sides of an upper knife 1 and a lower knife 2; and when the plate material 10 is sheared, the plate material 10 is pressedly lowered only by the inlet-side pinch rolls 21, 22 or by the lowering side and supporting side of the inlet-side pinch rolls 21, 22 and by the supporting side of the outlet-side pinch rolls 31, 32, and also the lowering side and supporting side of the outlet side pinch rolls 31, 32 or only the lowering side thereof is released from being pressedly lowered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
