PURPOSE:To automatically perform the transition analysis without hands even at the time of taking a circuit, where an initial voltage is preliminarily given to the nodal point, as the object. CONSTITUTION:A virtual power source is inserted to the nodal point to which the initial voltage should be given (S2), and the potential of the nodal point is gradually approximated to the potential of the initial condition from the ground potential (S4), and the transition state in this potential change process is calculated to obtain a DC characteristic value of the nodal point (S5), and this data is stored (S6). Thereafter, the inserted virtual power source is removed (S7), and the DC characteristic value is read out, and the transition analysis is performed based on this DC characteristic value (S8).
