PRELIMINARY SHEAR DEFORMATION INSTALLATION METHOD FOR RUBBER SUPPORT AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE: To make a preliminary shear deformation installation device small- sized and lightweight, reduce the production cost, and improve its appearance by firmly fixing the upper metal plate of a shear-deformed rubber support to a sole plate. ;CONSTITUTION: The lower section of a rubber support 5 provided with a lower metal plate 3 and an upper metal plate 4 is fixed on the upper face of a base plate 2 fixed to a lower structure 1, and an upper structure 7 is fixed to the upper section of a sole plate 6 mounted on the rubber support 5. Reaction support walls 8, 9 protruded downward are provided at both end sections in the upper structure expansion/shrinkage direction of the sole plate 6, the upper metal plate 4 is pressed and moved in the opposite direction to the upper structure expansion/shrinkage direction by bolts 10 provided on one reaction support wall 8, and the rubber layer 11 of the rubber support 5 is shear-deformed.
