摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite, rapidly in high efficiency, by reacting a silica source, an alumina source, zeolite ZSM-5 and a specific zeolite in an aqueous solution containing an alkali metal hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:(A) A silica source having a particle diameter of 10-50mu (e.g. colloidal silica) is mixed with (B) an alumina source (e.g. sodium aluminate), (C) zeolite ZSM-5 (D) a zeolite selected from those having an (SiO2/Al2O3) molar ratio of 10-100, X-ray lattice spacings shown in the table, and a specific adsorption of n-hexane of =0.07g/g, and (E) water and 1-200m-mol of an alkali metal hydroxide (e.g. NaOH) based on 1g of the zeolite, and the mixture is made to react in an autoclave at =90 deg.C for 30min-7 days, cooled to room temperature, and filtered. The obtained crystal is dried at =50 deg.C for 5-24hr to obtain the crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite having the characteristics of the component D.
