REFUSE INCINERATOR FOR REDUCING CO GAS CONTENT IN EXHAUST GAS

PURPOSE: To provide a refuse incinerator capable of suppressing CO gas in exhaust gas to a low concentration. ;CONSTITUTION: A refuse incinerator comprises: a combustion chamber 1 having fire grates 2; and a flue duct 4 having a dust hopper 3 provided in the downstream of the combustion chamber 1. An ejector 5 is provided which communicates from the bottom of the dust hopper 3 to the combustion chamber 1, and an air nozzle 6 is disposed above the ejector 5 so as to be directed toward the ejector 5. Thus, dust, unburnt substances, CO gas and the like contained in a combustion gas flowing through the flue duct 4 are returned to the combustion chamber 1, whereby complete combustion is promoted, and the generation of CO gas can be remarkably reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
