QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

PURPOSE:To flexibly control the quality of a development project by monitoring whether or not a preestimated value obtained from an actual value is remarkably higher than a target value, shows a converging trend, or is remarkably lower than the target value even at the time of comparing the preestimated value with the target value. CONSTITUTION:From a keyboard 2, data can be inputted to a design control system 1 and data and an alarm can be respectively outputted to a display 3 and alarm 4. The system 1 controls the difference between the actual value of a designed quality and a target quality by using a floating value produced by a parameter value and, even when the system 1 compares a preestimated value obtained from the actual value with a target value, the system 1 decides the necessity of issuing an alarm by monitoring whether or not the preestimated value is remarkably higher than the target value, shows a converging trend, or is largely lower than the target value and issues the alarm through the display 3 and alarm 4. Thus monthly actual quality data are inputted to the project design quality control system 1 until a development project is completed.
