METHOD FOR SAVING OF ELECTRIC POWER OF BATTERY IN WIRELESS LINK ADAPTER OF BATTERY POWER-SUPPLIED COMPUTER OPERATABLE BY MULTI- ACCESS PROTOCOL, AND WIRELESS COMMONICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: To save the battery power consumption of the wireless link adapter of mobile computer by making the battery power consumption of the adapter the function of a protocol. CONSTITUTION: A multiaccess protocol is divided into at least one frame. The frame is designated to each mobile computer 10, 12, 14, and 16 which is designated to communicate with base stations 26 and 28 in a plurality of slots. When the computers 10, 12, 14, and 16 are designated to communicate with the base stations 26 and 28, the battery power of the wireless link adapters of the computers 10, 12, 14, and 16 is turned on and batteries are fully charged during at least one time slot so as to operate a prescribed computer 10, 12, 14, or 16 in a normal operation mode. The battery power of the wireless link adapter of the prescribed computer 10, 12, 14, or 16 drops during the remaining time slot and operates the prescribed computer 10, 12, 14, or 16 in an idling mode.
