SMALL GRAIN SORTING DEVICE IN RICE HUSKING AND SORTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To enhance removal of broken rice and green-kerneled rice by removing broken rice and green-kerneled rice by a first broken rice sorting/carrying device in a stage wherein mixed rice sorted in a mixed rice sorting part is recirculated to the mixed rice sorting part and further removing broken rice and green-kerneled rice by a second broken rice sorting/ carrying device in a stage wherein unpolished rice sorted in the mixed rice sorting part is carried to an unpolished rice elevator. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case of sorting mixed rice in the mixed rice sorting flow area of a shaking separator 15 and recirculating the mixed rice to the shaking separator 15, the mixed rice is carried to the shaking separator 15 via a first broken rice sorting/carrying device 29 for laterally carrying the mixed rice while removing broken rice and green-kerneled rice, a mixed rice elevator 2 and a hopper 14 of mixed rice. Further, in the case of taking out unpolished rice sorted in the unpolished rice distributing flow area of the shaking separator 15 to the outside of the device, the unpolished rice is passed through a second broken rice sorting/carrying device 30 for laterally carrying unpolished rice while removing broken rice and green-kerneled rice and an unpolished rice elevator 3 and then taken out to the outside of the device.
