SYNTHETIC LEATHER COATED PLASTIC PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURE OF PLASTIC PRODUCT MONOLITHICALLY MOLDED WITH SYNTHETIC LEATHER

PURPOSE:To enable monolithic molding of synthetic leather and plastics, by a method wherein after placing of a cloth material of the synthetic leather lined with the cloth material on a mold opposite to a mold into which a synthetic resin material is poured, molding is performed by injecting the synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of molding, synthetic leather 5 lined with a cloth material 4 is put on a female mold 1 so that the cloth material 4 and synthetic leather 5 turn respectively female side and direction coming into contact with the female mold 1. Then when the female mold 1 and male mold 2 are registered to perform injection molding, the synthetic leather 5 is fixed dy being placed between both the molds 1, 2 and when the synthetic resin material is poured into the same through a male mold 2 side, the synthetic leather 5 is deformed after a form of the female mold 1 with this pressure. Then the synthetic resin material and cloth material 4 are stuck to each other and plastic 6 and synthetic leather 5 are molded integrally. In this instance, since the synthetic leather 5 is deformed so as to run after the form of the female mold 1, monolithic molding can be performed even to a complicated three-dimensional curved surface. Then in the case where the same is of a far deeper form, vacuum molding is performed.
