CURRENT LIMITTING DEVICE FOR SERVO DRIVER OF NC MACHINE TOOL

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an NC machine tool with a current limitting device of simple structure for a servo driver, whose limited current can be set arbitrarily with time so as to bring the NC machine tool to a sudden stop. ;CONSTITUTION: A current limitting device is provided with a current converter 10 to detect a current in a servomotor driving a process head, a comparison unit 11 to compair the detected current in the current converter 10 with a specified limited current and to output control signals when the difference exceeds a specified value, a storage unit 12 to store relay control signals and to output or store relay control signals when the control signals from the comparison unit 11 are inputted, and a control unit 13 to switch a contact point on a relay terminal according to the relay control signals from the storage unit 12 to input stop signals to a servo driver 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
