AUTOMATIC EXCAVATING METHOD FOR DEEP BASED PILE AND ASSOCIATED EXCAVATING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To make quick execution of work by excavating forward while pressing a circular excavator downward using a shield jack supported by a press ring which is pressed by an expansion jack to the mortar placed directly to a pile side wall. ;CONSTITUTION: A circular excavator is installed at the bottom of a hole, and mortar 20 is placed directly to the wall surface of the hole, and an expansion jack 60 is stretched to press a press ring 61 and fix to the mortar 20. If a cutter 39 is driven by a motor 34 to excavate the bottom of the hole while muddy water is sent by pressure from a mud transport pipe 50, the soil/sand and the muddy water are conveyed to over the ground via a mud exhaust pipe 51. Then the excavator is intruded down by a shield jack 62 to excavate forward, and mortar is poured from a press feed pipe 52 and injection device 53 and placed directly. When excavation is made in a portion corresponding to one stroke of the jack 62, the jacks 60, 62 are shrunk to sink the excavator.
