PURPOSE: To minimize thermal stress which is generated within a nozzle by continuously changing a heat-shielding coating thickness of a wall surface within the nozzle in axial direction so that a part with a heavier thermal load becomes thinner than that with a lower thermal load. ;CONSTITUTION: A TBC 13 and a TBC 14 are formed on a base 9 by using the dynamic mixing method and the plasma flame spraying method when performing heat-shielding coating (TBC) to the inner wall of a nozzle for high- temperature wind tunnel test device. Then, the thickness of the TBC layer is continuously changed between 10 and 15μm, thus enabling the composition within the layer to be changed. Namely, a TBC 13, whose thickness is several tens of μm, of a part with a strict thermal load is formed by the dynamic mixing method, while a TBC 14, whose thickness is hundreds of μm, of a part with relatively non-strict thermal load is formed by the plasma flame spraying method.
