PURPOSE: To provide a device by which an announcer can confirm time or an elapsed time of an announcement, while looking at announcement data. ;CONSTITUTION: The overhead projector is provided with a light source L, and an enlarging/projecting part 2 which is opposed to its light source, L and also, provided in the upper position. Between the light source L and the enlarging/ projecting part 2, an overhead projector sheet 3 in which a liquid crystal material whose transparent state and opaque state are varied by applying a voltage is inserted and held in a pair of transparent a electrode sheets, and a time counting transparent electrode subjected to segment division or matrix division for displaying time counting information is formed at least in a part of this transparent electrode sheet is placed.
