WASTE HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE IN COPPER SMELTING FURNACE

PURPOSE: To prevent dust from depositing on superheated steam pipes by arranging the saturated steam pipes close to and on the upstream side of the perheated steam pipes in the waste gas flow direction. ;CONSTITUTION: Two sets of superheated steam pipes 6 are arranged apart a little in the gas flow direction S, and saturated steam pipes 5 are arranged close to and on the upstream side of the superheated steam pipes 6 located at the extreme upstream side in the gas flow direction S. The saturated steam pipes 5 are extended from the ordinary saturated steam pipes 5 so as to arrange them on the upstream side of the superheated steam pipes 6. Thereby, the saturated pipes 5 almost prevent the superheated steam pipes 6 from coming in contact with dust.
