JAPANESE-LANGUAGE SYNTAX ANALYZING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To automatically and accurately analyze the correct modification destination of auxiliary conjunction 'ga' by providing a discriminating part which discriminates the validity of modification relations between auxiliary conjunction 'ga' and a predicative in the clause which modifies auxiliary conjunction 'to' of quotation. CONSTITUTION:A global syntax analysis part 4 is provided with a 'ga'-'to' modification relation discriminating part 5, and this part 5 discriminates modification relations between auxiliary conjunction 'ga' and the predicative modifying auxiliary conjunction 'to' of quotation when an inputted Japanese-language sentence consists of three or more clauses or predicatives including a clause or a predicative modifying auxiliary conjunction 'ga' and a clause or a predicative which is placed after the clause or the predicative modifying auxiliary conjunction 'ga' and modifies auxiliary conjunction 'to' of quotation. This discriminating part 5 discriminates whether auxiliary conjunction 'ga' and the predicative modifying auxiliary junction 'to' of quotation have modification relations or not in accordance with a prescribed analysis rule based on semantic information and grammatical information of each morpheme and structural features of each clause or predicative.
