DRY COLLECTING METHOD OF SOLID PARTICLES FROM SOLID PARTICLE-CONTAINING GAS FLUID

PURPOSE: To decrease gas, etc., stuck on solid particles by introducing solid particle-contg. gas fluid into a solid-liquid separator to separate and collect the solid particles from the gas fluid and collecting them by gas scrubbing. ;CONSTITUTION: In the solid-liquid separator, a scrubber 2 equipped with vibrating perforated plates is vertically installed in the solid particle discharge outlet of a bag filter 1, and below the perforated plate 3 at the 1st stage or between the perforated plates 3 at the 1st and 2nd stages, ring spargers 5, 6 are installed. When solid particles are introduced into the scrubber 2 of multistage bed to perform gas scrubbing, gas, etc., stuck on the solid particles are easily decreased to the extent that they do not influence the dandling of the solid particles while the solid particles move in the scrubber 2.
