PURPOSE: To realize a method for measuring the concentration of sulfuric acid in eluted waste liquid wherein the method is independent of a conductivity meter, a densitometer and analysis by manual aid. ;CONSTITUTION: The concentration of sulfuric acid in an eluted waste liquid can be measured with good precision by measuring the feed rate of sulfuric acid 3 supplied to an elution vessel 2 from a sulfuric acid tank 3a and calculating the concentration of sulfuric acid in the eluted waste liquid discharged from a recovery vessel 6 of sulfuric acid from the measured feed rate.
