MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED ROLL UTILIZING HIGHLY REPULSIVE, NONVISCOUS NONWOVEN FABRIC SHEETLIKE MATERIAL, AND COMPOSITE STRUCTURED LAMINATED ROLL

PURPOSE: To provide a composite-structured laminated roll capable of exhibiting its absorbing function and maintaining its configuration even when a roll-body of the laminated roll is blocked up for long periods under severe conditions such as extremely high temperature drainage line. ;CONSTITUTION: A composite-structured laminated roll comprises: a shaft-body 3 consisting of a cylindrical shaft-body 3a and bearing parts 113 positioned at both ends and provided with collars; many thin holes 5 formed in the shaft-body 3a and a hollow part 6; a roll-body fitted on the shaft-body 3a consisting of a roll-first constituting part constituted by adhesively superposing highly repulsive, nonviscous nonwoven fabric sheetlike materials 15 with self-locking sheetlike materials such as adhesive rubber sheetlike materials between both collars, and a second constituting part provided in a disk-lapping part of the roll-first constituting part; and through-holes 11 provided in the bearing parts 113 and connected to the hollow part 6. When the laminated roll is manufactured, several highly repulsive, nonviscous nonwoven fabric sheetlike materials, each of which is formed into the shape of a disc as a raw material, are laminated, and employed as a block unit.
