PURPOSE:To prevent a short circuit of an air ventilation, relieve a cooling or a heating thermal load and prevent occurrence of cold draft. CONSTITUTION:A fan coil device 9 disposed in a gust room 1 to which surrounding air is supplied and interior air is cooled or heated, an aid discharging port 13 formed at a ceiling part of a unit bath 2, a curtain box 20 disposed at an upper part of a window 5, and a suction port 21 formed at the curtain box 20 are provided. One or both of airs from the air discharging port 13 and the suction port 21 can be selectively discharged.
