PURPOSE: To provide an absence communication note requiring no manual transcription, enabling the consistent control of a carry-back cargo at the time of absence and capable of constructing the exclusive system of re-delivery control. ;CONSTITUTION: An absence communication note is constituted of a cargo control note 11 having control identification codes (e), (f) and having a copy layer provided to the rear thereof and the re-delivery indicating note 12 arranged to the rear of the cargo control note 11 and having a control identification code same to the control identification code (g) of the cargo control note provided thereto and selectively receiving the entry item to the cargo control note by the copy layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
