PURPOSE: To improve a heat transferring rate and a heat exchanging efficiency by suppressing development of a stagnation even if an extension of a turbulent flow accelerator is increased and reducing a resistance loss of fluid so as to positively expedite mixture of a main flow layer and a boundary layer of the fluid. ;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange passage 3 has a first passage 1 in which first fluid A is passed and which is disposed in a second passage in which second fluid B is passed, and comprises a turbulent flow accelerator 4 extended radially to the passage 2 and formed with many fluid injection holes 5 therethrough.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
