PURPOSE: To automatically set connection of a radio PBX system. CONSTITUTION: In a basic form, this system consists of two kinds of elements. The one is a controller 100 including a radio transceiver and the others are stationary terminals 110-112, each including a radio transceiver. Portable receivers 113-116 may be included as the system components for the mobility of users. The system is installed by placing the system components at preferred positions in a private premises, plugging a power plug to a power receptacle and having only to execute a simple programming step, including an automatic setting process. The system is automatically set to be optimized by this process. During the operation of this process, the controller exchanges a radio message with a terminal, so as to discriminate which terminal ought to be used as a repeater and decided a proper frame structure.
