STOCK PREPARATION EQUIPMENT OF PAPER MACHINE AND MANUAL CHANGE OF STOCK

PURPOSE: To provide the subject stock preparation equipment aiming at saving of time required for manually changing a stock in a paper machine and to provide a method therefor. ;CONSTITUTION: This invented stock preparation equipment is equipped with a suction tower 2 between a mixing chest 1 and a stock box 8 and a stock supply pipe is branched so that the stock may be supplied to the mixing chest and the suction tower. An overpipe from the stock box is connected to the suction tower and an overpipe from the suction tower is connected to the mixing chest. A chemical-supply pipe is attached to the suction tower.
