PURPOSE: To provide efficiently a three pieces can excellent in press workability and weldability by making the quantity of chromium oxide at both side parts in the width direction in a chromate treated coating film smaller than at the center part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a chromate treated steel plate, the quantity of chromium oxide at both side parts in the width direction in the chromate treated coating film is made smaller that the center part. The composition of the steel sheet is preferably ≤0.004% C, 0.03% Si, 0.05-0.60% Mn, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.02% S, ≤0.01% N, 0.02-0.20% Al, 0.1-0.001% Nb, 0.1-0.0001% Ti, ≤0.1% Cr, ≤0.1% Cu, ≤0.1% Ni, 0.001-0.0001% B, ≤0.01% Mo, ≤0.01% O, ≤0.01% V, ≤0.001% Zr, ≤0.005% Ca, ≤0.01% Sn, ≤0.01% Sb, ≤0.005% rare earth and balance Fe with inevitable impurities in weight ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
