PURPOSE:To produce an antimicrobial chemical fiber by adding an antimicrobial agent during a process for producing a chemical fiber. CONSTITUTION:During a process where the raw material exhibits a solution state before formation of a fiber in production of a chemical fiber, an antimicrobial agent is admixed with the solution to produce the objective antimicrobial chemical fiber therefrom. An antimicrobial textile good as the other objective material can be obtained by using this antimicrobial chemical fiber.
