摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the subject paper ensuring characters or photographs printed thereon not to be seen from the backside when held to the light irrespective of its thickness, thus cauring no thickness-associates trouble involved in printing, processing, maintenance, etc., having a shut-off layer in between the white surface and white back surface. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective paper ensures characters or photographs printed thereon not to be seen from the backside when held to the light and has such structure as to have a shut-off layer 3 in between the white surface 1 and white back surface 2. This paper can be obtained by either of the following processes: (1) colorless fibers are put to papermaking for producing a paper of an appropriate thickness followed by adding thereto the fibers colored with a black dye paper insoluble in the papermaking liquor, and further, adding thereto the fibers not colored to make a paper of an appropriate thickness; (2) one surface of each of two sheets of white papers is fully coated with black ink by e.g. printing, and the two coated surfaces are put together; (3) both surfaces of an entirely black-colored paper, flexible black plastic film or coating film are laminated with white papers; and (4) both surfaces of a metallic foil (e.g. aluminum) are laminated with white papers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
