CONSTITUTION:The water incorporating aquatic living matters communicated with water paths 2-4 are irradiated with laser beam 9 from a laser generator 7 and a laser head 8 through a glass window 5. Thus larvae in a floating living time such as aquatic animals; shell, etc., aquatic plants; algae, etc., and aquatic microorganism and the larvae or imagines after sticking, are prevented surely, from sticking, growing and propagation on the equipment the piping and the cooling water path.
