RECESSED AND PROJENTED BACKING FINISH COATING METHOD AND TILE PEELING OFF PREVENTIVE METHOD

PURPOSE: To improve adhering strength by forming a back frame concrete which has many recessed and projected sections on the surface by using forms which have recessed and projected sections on the concrete placing face, providing a finish coating layer of mortar, etc., and sticking tiles to the coating layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A form comprising recessed sections 1 of W₁ in width and projected sections 2 of W₂ in width, whose cross section is a trapezoid, which are made of transparent polyethylene foam resin or the like is provided. In the next step, when locating a form for placing concrete for the backing building frame, forms are arranged in a grid-shape or diagonal-shape on a concrete placing face and are also assembled with their recessed and projected sections facing toward the concrete placing face. Then, concrete is placed, and the forms are disassembled to form a concrete backing having recessed and projected sections on the surface. In addition, a finish coating layer made of mortar, polymer cement, synthetic resin adhesive agent, etc., is provided further thereon. In addition, if necessary, tiles are stuck to the coating layer directly or through adhesive layer.
