LEAD FRAME AND CULL RECOVERING DEVICE AND METHOD

PURPOSE: To obtain a device which enables the lead base end of cull separated from a lead frame to be surely recovered in a cull recovery body by a method wherein the device concerned is equipped with a lead frame recovery magazine, a cull recovery body, a lifting means, a transfer means, a pressing means, and a chute which are all prescribed separately. ;CONSTITUTION: A lead frame LF recovery magazine 5, a lifting means 82 which lifts up or down the magazine 5, a cull 7 recovery body 6 disposed in an array with the magazine 5, and a lifting means 91 which lifts the recovery body 6 up or down. Transfer means 16, 33-36 which transfer the lead frame LF above the magazine 5 and a pressing means 42 which drops recovery body 6 pressing the cull 7 from the upside of the recovery body 6 are provided. Furthermore, a chute 76 which enables the lead base end of the cull 7 separated off from the lead frame LF to drop into the recovery body 6 when the cull 7 drops is provided above the magazine 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
