PURPOSE:To effectively prevent vibration from being transmitted to a load carrying platform by providing an elastic device for preventing by elastic action the vertical vibration in a base side from being transmitted to a load carrying platform side, viscous resistance force generating device similarly for damping the vibration by viscous resistance force of fluid and a swivel impeding device, between a base and the load carrying platform. CONSTITUTION:An elastic device 2 containing a pair of block units consisting of an elastic material of rubber or the like is interposed between a base and a load carrying platform 13 in order to prevent by elastic action the vertical vibration in a side of the base (chassis 10) from being transmitted to a side of the load carrying platform 13. A viscous resistance force generating device 3, formed by relatively movably fitting a separate casing 69 in an annular space 65 between two casings 63, 64 of containing viscous fluid, is interposed between the base and the load carrying platform 13 in order to damp vibration in a direction A in the side of the load carrying platform 13 by viscous resistance force of the fluid. Further, a swivel impeding device 4 having a pair of plate members of arranging a low friction member opposed is interposed between the base and the load carrying platform 13 in order to impede swiveling of the load carrying platform 13 relating to the base in the direction of a position orthogonal to the vertical direction.
