CONTINUITY GUARANTEEING SYSTEM OF JOURNAL DATA

PURPOSE: To guarantee the continuity of journal data in a system to preserve the prepared data as journal data. ;CONSTITUTION: A line change-over switch 1, when an operation system collating processing part 2 is normal, sends the data added through a line L to the operation system collating processing part 2, and at the time of the trouble, sends them to a waiting system collating processing part 3. The operation system collating processing part 2 and the waiting system collating processing part 3 add a serial number to the added data, and output it to an operation system file processing part 6 and a waiting system file processing part 7. The operation system file processing part 6 and the waiting system file processing part 7 output the data to add the added serial number to an operation type journal file 8 and a waiting system journal file 9. The operation system file processing part 6 outputs the journal data accumulated in the operation type journal file 8 and the waiting system journal file 9 to a magnetic tape 10 at the time of the preserving processing of the journal data so that the serial number can be continuous.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
