VOICE SIGNAL CODER, VOICE SIGNAL DECODER AND BACKGROUND NOISE INSERT SYSTEM AT NON-TALKING STATE

摘要

PURPOSE: To insert actual background noise not being pseudo noise to a vice decoding signal at non-talking and to reduce considerably the circuit scale. ;CONSTITUTION: After a voice detection circuit 11 on a coder side detects a voiced part, a hung-over control circuit 12 adds a prescribed hung-over time after the voiced part with a hung-over control circuit 12 to form a non voiced part signal, and it is multiplexed with the voiced part and the result is sent. On the other hand, when a multiplexed signal received from a transmission line is decoded and outputted, when a non talking part is in existence on a decoding side, a non-voiced part signal latched in a voice signal latch circuit 25 is inserted as background noise and the result is outputted. Thus, the insertion of actual background noise is attained, and plural circuits having been required to generate pseudo noise are saved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
