PURPOSE: To improve the effect for the crushing and turning of solid cultivation product, to uniformize the layer thickness and to improve the quality of product by placing a screen at the back of a turning blade of a turning apparatus relative to the moving direction of the blade. ;CONSTITUTION: A solid cultivation product layer on a rotary disk bed 5 is turned upside down by a turning apparatus 1 moving relative to the layer. A plurality of turning blades 2 are attached to a rotary shaft 1a of the turning apparatus. A screen 3 is placed at the back of the turning blade relative to the moving direction of the blade to exclusively pass the cultivation product crushed to a size smaller than the screen mesh through the screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
