OPENING PART PANEL FOR BUILDING WITH BALCONY AND UNIT ROOM WITH BALCONY

PURPOSE: To add a balcony part to an opening part panel, having an opening part, such as a window, at a manufacturing stage and to reduce a conveyance space during conveyance. ;CONSTITUTION: Support leg parts 22a and 22b are respectively fixed to the longitudinal frames on both sides of an opening part panel 10. Two rod-form bodies 24a and 24b are attached to the two support leg parts 22a and 22b, respectively, in a state that the rod-form bodies are rotatable in a state to cross each other. Further, a front part 30 is attached to the end part on the rotation side of some rod-form body and a floor plate 32 is rotatably attached between the lower parts of the support leg parts 22a and 22b. As a result, the rod-form bodies 24a and 24b being the floor plate 32 and an arm part are rotated and foldable in a manner to be moved closer to the panel body side. This constitution achieves addition of a balcony part at a factory stage and saving of space during conveyance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
